At Our House our purpose is to aid our clients in preserving their independence by maintaining as high a level of function as they are capable of handling. Our goals are: To provide quality homecare services to our clients. To provide clients with the optimal level of care needed to achieve and maintain the highest level of health and function. To provide education and instruction to our clients, their families and caregivers that will maintain our clients' in their home. To provide a living environment that is safe for our clients and easily maintained by our clients, their families, and caregivers in our absence. To be a liaison between our client and the community in order to incorporate any additional services our clients need. |
