Registered Nurses RN, LPN
Shift:
Monday-Friday. 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (on call/as needed)-

Description:
Provide clients with
In-Home assistance and nursing care, complete assessments/home/post hospital
visit, and client teaching. Nurses are also responsible for staff supervision, training and monitoring.
Qualifications:
Must
have current North Carolina Registered Nurse license, one year of hospital or home health experience,
valid drivers license, and own transportation; a North Carolina state and
a federal background check
and two professional references. Applicants applying must also be willing to
work in a professional high paced environment.

Nursing Assistant I and II
Shift:
Monday-Sunday. Days and hours vary.
Job
Description:
Will provide clients with In-Home assistance with daily living skills such
as bathing, grooming, cooking, shopping, toileting, ambulation, and light
housekeeping, monitor medications, vital signs and provide other duties they are certified to
carry out. Aides may
also plan meals (including special diets).

Must
be 18 years of age. CNA II must be listed with the NC board of Nursing. CNA
I must have certification from DHHS Division of Facility "Services. All
nursing assistants must be in the Healthcare personnel Registry, have a high school
diploma or GED., a valid Drivers License and transportation; a North
Carolina state and federal background check.

Personal Care Assistant
